Oasis - shish tawook spices 100g

From Imported ingredients. Shish tawook is what they call barbequed or grilled chicken kebabs in Lebanon. I travelled to Lebanon in 2005. It's such beautiful country, but I left feeling sad. What a terrible thing it is for such wonderous country to be subjected to so much hardship. This blend is aromatic, slightly spicy & garlicky. Use this blend with chicken & you too will be able to savour the wondrous tastes of Lebanon
