From Imported ingredients. A tagine is a Moroccan cooking vessel that is used to cook food very gently, for a prolonged period. This slow cooking helps to tenderise even the toughest cuts of meat, whilst at the same time, allowing wonderful flavours to develop & infuse into the food. This is a traditional spice blend designed for use with a tagine. It is spicy, savoury & aromatic, & works well with any type of meat & especially well with potatoes & vegetables. Suggestion: instead of salting your tagine ingredients, use preserved lemons - they'll add salt & flavour
